RETURN &REFUND POLICY

Return Conditions

  • Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days
  • Robotics kits must be complete and unused
  • Custom projects generally non-returnable except for major defects
  • No returns for powered on, programmed, or modified products

Return Process

  • Contact support for Return Authorization
  • Customer pays return shipping unless our error
  • Exchanges treated as new orders after return

Refunds

  • Issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • 10% restocking fee for non-defective returns
  • Shipping fees non-refundable
  • Full refund (including shipping) for defective products/our errors
