Return Conditions
- Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days
- Robotics kits must be complete and unused
- Custom projects generally non-returnable except for major defects
- No returns for powered on, programmed, or modified products
Return Process
- Contact support for Return Authorization
- Customer pays return shipping unless our error
- Exchanges treated as new orders after return
Refunds
- Issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- 10% restocking fee for non-defective returns
- Shipping fees non-refundable
- Full refund (including shipping) for defective products/our errors
